Norton is the hometown of the late Keith Sebelius, a member of the United States House of Representatives from Kansas from 1969 through 1981. Keith Sebelius' daughter-in-law, Kathleen Sebelius, is the incumbent Governor of Kansas. Norton is located at 39500N, 995327W (39.833338, -99.890899)GR1.
